Refund Policy

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our service sale pages or readers offer advertisements. The policy with regard to the processing of the refund, shall be in accordance with the clauses as set forth for

1. User Subscription Fees
   We offer a refund under one circumstance. If you cancel the subscription within 7 days of purchasing it, and there the services were never availed by you. After the cancellation request is approved, we will refund your entire amount within 2-4 working days, your bank may take additional 5-7 working days to credit back the amount in your account. For any delay you may contact your bank.

   Cancellation of Subscriptions/Memberships
   You have to fill out the request refund form available on our website or app within 7 days of purchasing a course subscription. Cancellation is not allowed after 7 days of purchasing a course/membership.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
